A young friend of mine helped me make this video on back pain prevention. Fortunately, his youth made it possible for him to show us the wrong way to do things without hurting himself.
When I was young I used to be able to lift amazing amounts. I took pride in the fact that I could lift the wrong way and not have any problems what so ever. Turns out I was wrong.
Lifting the wrong way can cause instant pain — something just gives out. But, that’s not all, the damage can be cumulative.
So, take care of your back. Do the right things to prevent back pain, whatever condition your back is currently in… it could change very quickly.
