Greetings all.

Jet Lag

I got back a week ago, and jet lag really did me in. I knew from experience that it is easier to adjust when going east to west, and much harder when traveling west to east. But, this time it was so much harder.

First, I didn’t sleep on the plane at all. Then, I stayed up all the next two days so I would sleep at night. That didn’t work out, I ended up sleeping about 8 hours over the next two days. That’s over three and a half days with 8 hours of sleep.

After that I got to the place where I am going to be for awhile I finally remembered that I have supplements for jet lag! I took them and slept 9 hours or so that night. It would have been much better had I taken them a couple of days before leaving. Funny how we humans can know these things and still have a lesson to learn.

The supplements worked great too. They really helped when I went to Bali, and since taking them on my return. I highly recommend this protocol to anyone that has trouble with adjusting to time changes. And yes, it can be used for daylight savings time adjustments.

It’s only two supplements from my favorite company, Standard Process. Cardio Plus, and Cataplex E3, four twice a day with food. I’m not entirely clear on why they work so well for adjusting the biological clock, but they are both for the heart.

Rotator Cuff Video

The rotator cuff adjust video is up at last! I tried several times in Bali, each failed after 30 minutes or so. It sure is great to have bandwidth again. It took less than 5 minutes, and it seems to be working great.

Be sure to get your copy. I have an ethical bribe for you to get a free copy. All you need to do is go to youtube and open an account. Then go to http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uP4NYnycq4k and leave a comment. Be sure to give it five stars while you are there. Oh, and this is for people that are subscribed to my list only. You can subscribe by getting the free book above.

Be sure to let me know if you have any trouble with any of the above steps, and I’ll help you out. You can call using the link at the bottom of the page here, or send an email through the contact form.

Self Adjustment Technique Videos

Since I now have bandwidth to work with, I’m going to be getting the rest of the adjusting videos uploaded before too long too. I have a few up already, and a few that still need to be edited. But, I am greatly inspired by being able to actually upload video now. Remember, the current price of Self Adjusting Technique includes the videos. The price will be going up after I get everything set up.

Send me an email if you have bought Self Adjusting Technique, and I’ll be sure you get access to the videos. I’ll be setting up something a little more formal before long. For now, I just want to make sure people that want or need the videos can have them sooner than later.

Coming Soon

I have an article almost ready about the main cause of sleep problems. Can you guess what it is? I’ll give you a hint: it’s the main theme of this blog, or at least what has become the main theme.

And, I want to find out what your needs are, mostly in terms of your health. Several people have emailed me with some great health related questions. The answers have turned into articles that I post here. But, I’d like to know more, so I’ll be putting out a survey soon. Of course, you can still write or call to ask your questions.

Yoga! One of the things I’m most excited with is getting my yoga site going. I know you didn’t sign up to hear about yoga, but it goes well with back pain relief. I’m not going to be posting much here about the yoga site, but I do want to let you all know about it. And, I will be creating a yoga video for back pain before too long.

I’ve been teaching yoga postures, meditation and philosophy my entire adult life. Yoga brought me up out of a pit that surely would have lead to my death by now had I not found a path of some kind.

Thank You

Finally, I want to thank you all. You inspire me to the work I do, write to me, feel for me when I have a problem, and encourage with your eagerness to learn how to be naturally healthy. I started this blog with this idea in mind, and it really is great to see it come to fruition. Thank you all.

Most people have weak rotator cuff muscles. Take this test to find out if that is the case for you. Then, you can win a free copy of the correction for this weakness by making a comment on the video at YouTube. Try it out, you may be surprised, even if you appear very strong.

The test for the rotator cuff muscles is now available on youtube. You can watch it here too.

The correction for this weakness will be available for a limited time to a few of the people that receive emails from me. I haven’t decided how many yet.

You can subscribe at the link above that says “Free Back Pain Secrets.” Not only will you get a great book that gives a lot of information about how to deal with a variety of back pain issues, but you will also receive several emails about back pain. And, you will be eligible to be one of the testers of How To Adjust The Rotator Cuff. Only people who are subscribed have this opportunity.

How To Win A Free Copy “Of How To Adjust The Rotator Cuff”

First, subscribe by going to http://SelfAdjustingTechnique.com/back-pain-secrets/ This is a double opt-in autoresponder. What this means is that you won’t get spam. The way that works is after you sign up you will be sent an email with a link on it that you must click to join. That way we know that you are the one who signed up.

It also means that you can opt out of future emails with a click on the link at the bottom of every email that the system sends out. We never spam or sell email lists here at Self Adjusting Technique.

One problem is that sometimes this link goes to the spam or bulk folder. To prevent this put srikalidasa@gmail.com in your address book.

That way too, you will always get the future emails that are sent out. They are helpful emails about health using natural techniques. And, you will be the first to learn about special deals like this one.

Next, do the test with a friend. Find out if your rotator cuff muscles are strong or not.

Then, go to YouTube and make a comment on the video there. Here’s the link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uP4NYnycq4k

You to have sign up with YouTube to make a comment, this is easy and quick. They also use a double opt-in system.

Next, make a comment on the video telling how this test worked for you and why you would like to try the correction for free. A video comment may give you extra points towards a free copy.

Finally, after doing the correction, I would like you to send me a comment, or post to the YouTube comments, about how it worked for you. These comments are so I can know that people can do the adjustments on each other from the video demonstration, and for testimonials that will be used so others know the technique works.

That’s it. In a few days to a week from now I will announce the winners, and those people will get a chance to try it out for free.

After all the testing I will make the video information available for sale. Of course, it will be guaranteed. I don’t want people paying for something that doesn’t work for them.

The rotator cuff muscles are a group of four muscles that literally hold the shoulder to the rest of your skeleton. They do have help from other muscles, but they are the main ones.

If you experience rotator cuff pain or weakness you might look for rotator cuff exercises, many people do. However, exercises don’t help much as most people have an inherent weakness in the muscles of the rotator cuff. The cause of this weakness will take time to explain, and will be covered in another post.

For now, let’s find out if you have a weakness in this area or not with this simple rotator cuff muscles test. For this test you’ll need a friend to challenge your shoulder muscles for you.

A caution before you start. If there is rotator cuff pain, or the shoulder hurts when you do this test, that is considered a weakness. Just let go and allow your friend to pull your arm down.

Lie on your back with your left arm extended straight up above the shoulder with the palm facing towards your feet. Bending your elbow involves other muscles, so keep it straight or you wouldn’t be testing the rotator cuff. You want to know the truth about how strong your rotator cuff muscles are don’t you?

Your friend would sit on your left side and pull your arm straight down towards your side with their right hand. Their left hand is on your left hip for stabilization.

Rotator Cuff Test Pull

Their pull should be really strong. They might be able to pull your arm down because of the leverage, but it would take a lot of strength on their part. And, the arm would stay strong all the way down if the rotator cuff is working correctly. But, most likely it will give up and go down fast, that is the weakness. This applies to all four tests.

Next, they place their palm on your palm and press your arm away from them, overhead for you, while you resist.

Rotator Cuff Test Push

The next test is done with your palm turned out so it is facing to your left. You friend pressed your arm out, to the left side. Finally, turn your hand so the palm is facing in, towards your right, while your friend presses outward again while you resist.

Rotator Cuff Test Push Out 1

Rotator Cuff Test Push Out 2

These are the four rotator cuff muscles and how you can check for rotator cuff pain or rotator cuff symptoms in general. Soon there will be a video on how to do these tests.

That video will be your opportunity to get a free copy of the adjustment technique. And, you get to help me determine if this is something that should be sold. I need to make sure people are able to learn how to do the adjustment from the video before I go asking money for it. I’ll explain the details once the video is posted.

You must be on my list in order to qualify for the free guide. Sign up at the tab above for the free book.
