The two main things to do are the elimination diet, and to do something for adrenal fatigue. There is a lot more, something I've considered writing a book about. Start with this, and consider a phone session with me to pinpoint exactly what you need.

Thanks, they had to reattach at least one of the ligaments, ended up with one plate and nine screws. Broke the fibula clean, but the tibia was basically shattered on the end at the joint. No weight for 3 months, then a walking boot for the next 3 so you can see why I would be hopeful. Will keep you updated.

@James Six months! I hope it is much faster than that too. I look forward to hearing from you in three or four months to see how you are doing. There's supplements for the ligaments too that you may want to get to help speed that recovery. Ligaplex 2 from Standard Process is the best I've found.

@ Jake Yes, it does cover the ribs. They are a little hard for some people to figure out, but very doable. You can always ask me for suggestions. And, it's guaranteed, so if you aren't able to figure it out I'll happily refund you. I don't think people should pay for something that doesn't work. Also, there's a gentle assisted adjustment if you have a friend who can help you out.

@ Stephanie Really glad it helps! The ribs can take some time to figure out. Do you have a friend that can help you with the assisted adjustment? It works really well and takes very little skill.

Just wanted to say that I'm really glad I found your book, it has cut my trips to the chiropractor in half. It took me a few tries but I've figured out how to adjust my neck to relieve my frequent headaches. I'm not so good at the ribs yet, but I'm still trying. Thanks!

@ Michele There is a ton of free information on the site here, do a search for 'adrenal,' and you'll get articles with the best recommendations I have. Or, my book Adrenal Fatigue -- Get Your Life Back is still only $7 for the electronic version. A physical version will be available soon.

@ Alyssa Sounds like adrenal exhaustion. There are a lot of great herbs and supplements that will help. Also, you need calming herbs, a combination of ground up herbs in capsules is best as tinctures don't have the quality to work well. Larger than recommended doses may be necessary.
