Do you think that symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis could be due to adrenal fatigue. I have had severe joint pain and swelling for the past 6 weeks and my MD thinks it’s arthritis, but I am not convinced.
Lynn, adrenal fatigue does have a path to arthritis. Arthritis is not likely to respond to adrenal treatment though I would treat the adrenals along with treating arthritis. Joint pain could be from something else besides arthritis though, and AF could be a part of that. Most likely there is much more going on.

Hi Kalidasa I just stumbled on your site after looking for cures to back pain. i am curious about your books and i hope to purchase them soon. i found it interesting that you touch on diet which i consider super important. sugar definitely wreaks havoc on our system. i was actually on the same exact no sugar diet because of a candida infection. after a few weeks the infection went away and has not returned in full. however i feel tired all the time now. one problem i found during this no sugar diet (and i mean it was a NO sugar diet) was that i got really really skinny. and meat also has a lot of fat which is bad for the heart. wouldn’t it be ok to have some rice or tortillas? or some honey with tea? or to be on a vegetarian diet? what do you think? im curious. thanks.

@ Ramon. My latest info is that some white rice is ok. Beans that have been soaked are ok too. It has to do with lectins which seem to cause most of the toxins we have. I need to write about that, but my plate is a little full right now.
The main issue that you likely have is a digestion and/or absorption issue. You might try some digestive enzymes and a program for healing the intestinal tract. Digestive healing info is higher on my list.
Hi, very interesting reading here. My mom is experiencing a hugh problem in her mouth, very thick & white saliva, she’s 85 yrs. old & uses artificial teeth (don’t know the term in English). The thick saliva adheres to the palate & this is also all over her mouth & she’s very uncomfortable. She’s taking several medications, I believe she has candida. How can we help her? I was reading about the Sugar Free diet, can you tell me more about this method of eating? Any supplements or rinses you may recommend? Thanks!!

@Maria if the thick saliva is candida then she really needs to stop eating sugar to clear it up. Best if she stops eating sugar anyway as it is a poison. Eating fermented vegetables like sauerkraut will help — the bacteria in it will combat the candida.
