Dennis:
A simple page where you can get the free book is at http://Back-In-Pain.com. All you need to do is put in your email address and click the link in the follow up email. Two things about this. One is that it is possible that the link will go to your spam folder. You can find it there or 'white list' my email address that it comes from -- srikalidasa at gmail.com (replace the 'at' with '@'). You white list by adding that email address to your address book, then the messages from me will go to your inbox.

The other thing about this system is that it is a double opt-in. This is to protect you from spam, that is why you need to click on the link that in the first email it sends you. Click that link then another email will come with the link to the free book. There are other emails that will come too, all with valuable information about back pain relief.

The other book I have is for sale, and it comes with a bonus book on stretches and exercises for the back. I suggest you start with the free book, you may get your answers there and not need the one that teaches how to do adjustments on yourself.

Just saw the video on C-5. That seems to fit my symptoms to a tee--stiffiness in the neck, tingling numbness going down the right arm.

You mention a e-book suggesting a regiment of suppliments.. I can't seem to download it. Can you tell me where to go?

Thanks
