Since writing this, I am convinced that the hysteria created by the media is just so the drug companies can sell more flu vaccine. Every year people catch the flu, and some die from it. Usually they are already sick. Even the Spanish flu of 1918 didn’t cause all the deaths attributed to it, rather it was a secondary staff infection that killed people.

Just stay healthy, eat right, take a few supplements, and most people will be fine.
