		<description>Thank you for posting this. I just discovered your site and appreciate the info you are sharing here. I have been struggling for quite a long time now with my T1 and T2 constantly going out of alignment and sometimes pinching a nerve. I believe it&#039;s stress-related and also aggravated by my passion: mountain biking. Been through the wringer with traction, meds, 3 years of chiro, acupuncture, and a neurosurgeon suggesting cervical fusion for mild disc protrusions between C5-C6 and C6-C7 (these don&#039;t cause me any pain.) I&#039;ve been doing cat stretches and now have incorporated the upper back stretch you posted a couple days ago - thanks again! It seems that my biggest challenge is learning how to keep stressful situations from causing tension in my upper back, which for me is easier said than done.</description>
