Kalidasa

I have been involved with different types of natural healing my entire life. I started my studies shortly after finishing high school. For three years I lived in situations where I was able to study and practice various spiritual, mental and physical techniques.

It started with enlightenment work. I fell in love with a retreat workshop called the Enlightenment Intensive or EI. An EI is three days of contemplating the Self the purpose of which is a direct experience of the Self, or enlightenment. Enlightenment isn’t an all or nothing event, it happens in stages. Even a little true knowledge of Self makes getting through the mind much easier since the individual knows the difference between the mental /emotional body and the Self.

At the same time, I was studying and practicing mental and emotional clearing work. I got a lot of sessions and before long, I was giving sessions. At the time I had a great teacher, a mentor that got me involved in this type of work. A brilliant man with tons of knowledge who I have a great connection with. Because of our connection, I was able to learn very quickly from him.

And, I took the yoga teacher training. This was a unique experience, something you just can’t really find today. First, there were only three people in the class. We met on weekends over several months, with plenty of homework during the week.

This was a great three years or so of my life. It went by very quickly, and I never realized just how hard I was working because I loved it all so.

Somewhere in there I started doing massage. I wasn’t automatically good at it, but I have always had at least a little sensitivity even when young. It didn’t take long for my skill to grow to where people started wanting to pay for my work.

As the years went by I studied, practiced and applied various techniques such as re-birthing, Voice Dialogue, Mentastics and other methods of healing. I trained Chinese martial arts from a world champion leaning ways to energetically reach into a body and affect it — chi gung. This ability has been instrumental in the healing modalities that I have created. Most notably and most recent is my Self Adjusting Technique.

I had a family, worked and continued to study. Ten years ago I started studying AK and natural healing from a longtime practitioner with 30 years of study and practice. Truely an amazing healer, probably one of the best in the world.

At this point in my life my children are grown. I recently spent six months in Bali. Now I am back in the San Francisco bay area until I get my projects going. I would like to return to SE Asia, perhaps Thailand. I like the warm weather, and it is possible to get a lot of writing done. It’s cheap to live there, so I could save some money too.

Thank you for joining me and my blog. I hope you find what you need for your health here. Let me know if there is something you would like to know about. I’ve been off of it for a while because of many factors. I plan on writing more now.

I came across with the terminology “Deltoid Muscle Test”, I could not remember what is was althou I used the test in clinical hypnosis (but in other langauages than English – I do not live in an english speaking country) and hit your website and explanation.
Thank you for helping me out.
You are concerned about “Lyme’s disease” and one of the repeated advices of Cary Graig is: “Do not ask if it works, try it on everything”.
In case you had no connection yet with “EFT” (Emotional Freedom Technique) consult following website: http://www.emofree.com
I wich you good luck.

Hi Paul,

I am glad to help with the muscle testing. Let me know if you have any more questions about it.

I do know about EFT, good stuff. I also know another technique that is even easier. I’ll make a video about it sometime.

Deepak,
I am glad you found some relief.

If your upper back pain is located on one side, then you may have a curve of the spine to that side. Try twisting as strongly as you can, without pain, to that side. The ribs push the spine back in the correct direction.

You might try getting a massage tool that is shaped like a large “S,” and using it to give yourself some pressure point massage. And, the ribs could be out of alignment, I cover that in my book “Self Adjusting Technique.”

I have troble keeping my left upper thigh (femur?) and hip aligned, and am in constant discomfort (sometimes even in pain). I continuously am at the Chiropractor’s (for the last 2 years) and when I get adjusted I feel great but it’s costing me a pretty penny. Is this something that your technique covers? Would you have any info on this in your book?

Kalidasa December 19, 2010 at 10:59 am

Beth, There are a couple of things that could be going on. I’m not sure which adjustment the chiro is doing, so I can’t really say if that particular one is covered. But, I’d like to add that adjustment to the updates if it’s not covered. The big question is, “why does it need to be adjusted at all?” There must be a weakness, injury or something different that needs to be addressed. It’s usually lax ligaments due to nutritional deficiencies. I cover a lot of that in the free material you can get on the site.

To Kalidasa

Hi ya, my name is tanja, I just came across your miracle story about your friend and her averted heart transplant. My daughter has a very complex heart condition and is supposed to have her second open heart surgery to which all my intuition says no. So I am currently searching everywhere for alternative healing methods, miracle stories and anything that could help to heal her heart without surgery. Could you point me in the right direction, how did you help your friend so effectively? I am completely open to everything. Currently I am doing reiki with her, meditations, positive thinking/affirmations, homeopathy, kineosology, angels…It would be so so great to hear back from you. From the bottom of my heart I wish to find something to help her be well and life long.
Sincerely
tanja
Thank

I am so sorry to hear about your daughter’s condition. There are a lot of natural treatments available for heart issues, the trick is knowing which one to use. You might look for someone doing applied kinesiology, but make sure they have a great track record. I am sure you can find someone with the right knowledge. Remember though, sometimes there may be damage that requires surgery. Good luck.

I just read your advise on adrenal recovery. I am in severe adrenal exhaustion. I have done Dr Lams protocol (but he and his staff were so rude and the whole thing was just a money maker ) and now I have sent hair samples to Dr. Wilson and another $250 out of pocket. He wants coffee enemas and talking with him reminded me of Dr. Lam. MONEY is their main goal not their patients health. All of these protocols are so extensive and difficult. Is this really what I have do? I am a very healthy eater but probably could use more protein.(Wilson says no whey protein which I eat every morning.). I truly believe that the most important thing I could do is change my mind. Meaning my thoughts and control I have over each part of my life. We can change eating habits but our thoughts control who we are .
I would love your comment on this and some guidance.

@Caroline Something I need to write about is a massive psychological reversal. This is a major fight or flight condition that makes nothing work right. No mater what is done, or what supplements are taken, things just don’t work. This is something I can usually clear in just a few minutes with a phone healing session.
