How To Live Life Your Way

by Kalidasa on November 18, 2009

If you want to live your life the way you want rather than being distracted by forces you don’t seem to have any control over, then I have a book recommendation for you. It’s inexpensive, and I don’t get anything for telling you about it.

This doesn’t have anything to do with health, but this work is so profound that I had to tell you about it. And, it can have an affect on your health as it takes apart the mind in a way that can really help you have the healthy lifestyle that you know you really want.

I have been following Kevin Hogan for some time now. He is absolutely brilliant in the field of influence and body language. His latest book “The 168 Hour Week: Living Life Your Way 24-7″ has already had a profound affect on me and I am not even half way through it! This is one I’ll be digesting for a long time to come.

I hope you get the book and read it, I am sure it will benefit anyone that does.
