Back Pain: Free Information Available

Everyone will experience back pain. Well, almost everyone. 80 – 90 percent. Close enough to everyone. That is a ridiculous percentage, in some ways. Although I used to suffer terribly from back pain.

I had it all, lower back pain, mid back pain, neck pain, back rib pain, and the ribs in the front too. Sciatica, sacroiliac pain — that’s in the hips and lower back, I had it all. If I left anything out it’s because I blocked the memory. It was a miserable time of life for me. And, I was in my early thirties!

Well, no more. I scored big time. I found a healer who knew exactly why I was suffering. I couldn’t afford him, but he let me observe while he fixed other peoples health issues. Many different types of health issues. He fixed everything, including back pain, with a 95 percent success rate. In over 15 years of observing him I only saw him fail with one person, don’t know how he came up with that rate, I observed a 99.99 percent or better success rate.

Anyway, he taught me how to fix my own back. I did know how to adjust myself, so he taught me how to do chiropractic adjustments. Don’t use them much though, my method is much more gentle. Not even more gentle, completely gentle. No forcing, cracking or anything. It’s simply not based on a thrust like chiropractors use.

Then, I started a practice of my own. Had to, so many of my friends and yoga students were suffering from back pain, and other health issues, that I just had to help. It was something that I took to very quickly. But it was at least partly because of my rapport with Dr. G.

He would teach me things in minutes that it took him three repeats of the same workshop to get. Once he taught me a technique while we were standing in line to order food.

I don’t charge for my healing work at this point in my life. I just give and give. I don’t know why except that I was given so much. Call it God if you want.

Now I want to give to you too. I do sell a book, the one called Self Adjusting Technique. But, I don’t make that much money off it. The reason is that I give away a book called Back Pain Secrets that gives a lot of what I learned from my mentor away for free. I really want to see those ridiculous percentages I mentioned earlier go down in the world.

Hundreds have gotten the free book, and over a thousand now know how to adjust themselves. And, lots of healers know how to adjust their clients gently. That includes Doctors and Chiropractors. Even a few massage therapists use what I call Soft Tissue Adjusting Technique to adjust their clients. That’s only available in a workshop right now.

Hello and welcome to my blog! There are several reasons I decided to start writing a blog on natural self-healing. The main thing I want to do is to share information on health and healing so that people can take action to heal themselves using natural techniques. I have met so many people who couldn't afford natural health care. They may have had health insurance, but they didn't trust that model. Many people want to know how to be healthy naturally. They want to know what really works and what doesn't. They want to be health conscious and often fail because of poor information, lack of knowledge, bad science and other factors. This blog is intended to help demystify the body and its various functions and to help people understand what is really needed to obtain optimum health. One of the great things about knowledge of the body is that once you know and understand how it works it becomes easy to know what the right things to do for it. And, it is much easier to do the right things when the consequences of the wrong things are fully understood. To do this I will be drawing from the knowledge of many people that I have learned from. I will talk about biochemistry relating that to what is needed to obtain optimum health. There will be information about the physical structure of the body and how to keep that aligned and functioning well. A major part of yoga has to do with health, so information about yogic techniques will be included. Mental and emotional health are important for the health of the body/mind, so articles about these topics will be included. And, there will be an occasional article about me and what I am up to. Hopefully I can relate that back to some health issue as well. The title Self Adjusting Technique comes from my technique for self-adjusting the structural part of the body, that is adjusting the body's various vertebrae and joints. For this blog it will include the idea of how to adjust health issues for yourself and those you care about. With a little knowledge there is a lot people can do to help heal themselves and stay healthy. I want to explain complex information about the body in a way that is easy to understand and useful. The comments section will help in that goal as people can ask for clarification if there is something they don't understand.
