Readers of my blog know I have been writing and practicing holistic healing for several years now. I’ve been very lucky with some amazing teachers and opportunities that have helped improve my ability to help people.

While I have continued to practice over the last few years, it has been on a smaller level than it was when I was living in the San Francisco Bay Area. Recently I got the message that I needed to make myself available to more people, that I have something to offer that needs to be used to help people with their health.

My first steps are to create more information about holistic healing. I continue to believe that people need to know how to take care of themselves, and how practical that is. Much of what I have always done with clients has been to teach them how to help themselves with whatever issues we discover.

One thing I would like to do is to start seeing more clients in person, so I will be getting the word out about that here in College Station, Texas. I am also have a good record of helping people with phone or Skype sessions.

How much my long distance healing sessions have helped people has surprised me. I actually had one phone client avoid back surgery, and that was at their surgeon’s recommendation no less! There is a lot I can do without actually being physically with people. Give it a try! I will never charge if someone doesn’t feel they benefit from what we do together.

One of my specialties is getting bodies out of pain. I’ve had numerous clients come to me in great pain and leave after an hour or two either completely out of pain, or at least with it greatly reduced. Fluctuations, where the pain comes and goes, can happen in all cases, but ultimately they end up free from pain, usually within just a few short weeks if not immediately. Again, no charge if no change is noticed.

I also work with multiple conditions using supplements and other treatments that can have dramatic results. One long time friend of mine had a heart transplant at a very young age. She was scheduled to have another in her early 20’s, but after just a few days of taking three supplements her cardiologist took her off the list. That was about 20 years ago, and still no transplant.

The flu is easy to me. I treat my daughter over the phone all the time. She often needs a treatment as she works with kids. But, she hasn’t had more than the start of anything for at least ten years. And, the last time she got the flu she was fine after only two days.

I could give many more examples of issues that have been helped through the techniques I learned from my good friends and mentors, Dr. Larry Gertler and Dr. Gladys Bennet. I really don’t feel like I can take credit, it is a fairly simple, though complex system that I use, and some excellent supplements that do the trick. Creativity is needed, but that can also be learned.

The energy work is also quite amazing. Allergy clearing is one of my most commonly used techniques. I had a good friend who had a serious allergy to almonds. After clearing the issue she reluctantly ate some, but only if I stayed with her for a couple of hours ready to take her to a nearby hospital if needed. It wasn’t needed, and she still eats them after many years.

Emotional issues that get locked in the body also need to be cleared energetically. More than you can imagine. I’ve seen people who got the right treatment experience no progress for weeks get almost instantly better after clearing the emotions that were blocking their recovery..

Some of the work is called quantum healing because people go from a state of ill health to health almost instantly. Even though I have seen this on many occasions, I am still blown away every time it happens.

Meet the Author

Hello and welcome to my blog! There are several reasons I decided to start writing a blog on natural self-healing. The main thing I want to do is to share information on health and healing so that people can take action to heal themselves using natural techniques. I have met so many people who couldn't afford natural health care. They may have had health insurance, but they didn't trust that model. Many people want to know how to be healthy naturally. They want to know what really works and what doesn't. They want to be health conscious and often fail because of poor information, lack of knowledge, bad science and other factors. This blog is intended to help demystify the body and its various functions and to help people understand what is really needed to obtain optimum health. One of the great things about knowledge of the body is that once you know and understand how it works it becomes easy to know what the right things to do for it. And, it is much easier to do the right things when the consequences of the wrong things are fully understood. To do this I will be drawing from the knowledge of many people that I have learned from. I will talk about biochemistry relating that to what is needed to obtain optimum health. There will be information about the physical structure of the body and how to keep that aligned and functioning well. A major part of yoga has to do with health, so information about yogic techniques will be included. Mental and emotional health are important for the health of the body/mind, so articles about these topics will be included. And, there will be an occasional article about me and what I am up to. Hopefully I can relate that back to some health issue as well. The title Self Adjusting Technique comes from my technique for self-adjusting the structural part of the body, that is adjusting the body's various vertebrae and joints. For this blog it will include the idea of how to adjust health issues for yourself and those you care about. With a little knowledge there is a lot people can do to help heal themselves and stay healthy. I want to explain complex information about the body in a way that is easy to understand and useful. The comments section will help in that goal as people can ask for clarification if there is something they don't understand. And maybe we can get some helpful input from people smarter than me that will benefit us all. I hope you find information that can help you with your health issues. Kalidasa
