Chronic Lower Back Pain And The Adrenal Glands

Chronic lower back pain is usually caused by the adrenal glands being over stressed. The main reasons for this stress can be diet, emotions or toxicity. But, what is the connection? What do the adrenal glands have to do with lower back pain? 

A very simplified explanation of the connection is explained in this short video. Knowledge is power. If you know what is causing your problem you can do something about it.
